As the Finance Renewal Specialist within the BMW Sales Department, you will be responsible for ensuring long term customer satisfaction and finance retention. Duties will include:
- Proactively call existing BMW Financial Service customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and to navigate renewal options
- Arranging contact to existing BMW Financial Services customers throughout their agreement
- Utilising Dealership software, running targeted campaigns and recognise opportunities on both physical new / used stock
- Being the first contact for Digital sales enquiries made via our digital platforms and respond to these in a professional and timely manner
