**Job description**
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience.
- Good literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills and IT literate.
- Experience of dealing with routine administration and complex tasks.
- A sharp, detail focussed individual with a positive ‘can do’, attitude.
- Demonstrates trust, openness and respect in dealings with people.
- A good communicator who listens and is able to express themselves clearly.
- Someone who is comfortable talking on the phone. Introducing new products and promotions etc. Telesales experience would be beneficial but not required.
- Must have the ability to be flexible with start and finish times during our busiest periods (typical hours 8.30 - 4.30pm Monday to Friday)
