**About the role**

As a TPI Governance Lead, you’ll review and enhance the performance of the TPI’s through implementing and taking ownership of TPI Dashboards. You’ll monitor performance against both Ofgem guidelines and contractually agreed SLA’s through audits, dashboards and providing performance related feedback, requesting regular accurate reporting including TPI commissions.
Day to day, you’ll be involved in analysing all aspects of TPI Performance across Opus Energy, building, and maintaining dashboards that provide key performance information. Being responsible for creating and chairing a board on a monthly basis, you’ll feedback your analysis to key stakeholders from around the business.
Attention to detail is key, producing, analysing and forming conclusions from raw data to make recommendations on improvements and actions to improve the way Opus Energy work with TPI’s. You’ll be confident in communicating and delivering information and insights to stakeholders clearly and efficiently, highlighting complex concepts simply using a range of relevant illustrations, examples and metaphors.

**About You**

You’ll have experience in data led analysis that drives actionable insight to improve performance and a good understanding of the Electricity and/or Gas industry and its regulatory requirements.
Demonstrable stakeholder management skills are a must, with a commitment to providing service excellence to the customer.
A strong team player, you’ll be able to work effectively as a member of the team, sharing working methods to enhance overall performance. Able to respectfully challenge the status quo, driving process improvements and not afraid of speaking out.
Excellent written and numeracy skills, and thorough attention to detail. You’ll demonstrate strong analytical skills, understanding the importance of accuracy.
You’ll be a driven and enthusiastic individual, persistent in your approach to deliver against agreed business objectives
