**ALM Technology Delivery Lead**
**Northampton**

As a Barclays ALM Technology Delivery Lead, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the treasury technology teams. You will have an exciting chance to be responsible for ensuring that the projects are carried out in accordance with the agreed quality and governance standard. Further to this you will ensure that all business cases, requirements analysis, testing and implementations processes are carried out and followed through.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensuring that projects are individually defined, planned, and delivered to respective goals and objectives
- Proactively engaging with multiple stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Proactively managing Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies of the project
- Being responsible for managing multiple delivery teams across multiple geographic locations
- Ensuring successful transition of projects into BAU with appropriate treatment of residual risks
- Ensuring the integrity of each project is maintained, focusing on internal consistency and compliance to governance, standards, processes and strategies

**What we’re looking for**:

- Extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional teams within a financial and regulated environment
- Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle and be prepared to challenge the status quo
- Experience of working within an agile project team
- Adept at breaking requirements down into user stories for implementation

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury or Finance and general financial markets knowledge
- Experience in data analysis/testing

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
