**About the role**

As a TPI Governance Coordinator, you’ll review and enhance the performance of the TPI’s through maintaining and sense checking of TPI Dashboards. Monitoring of performance against both Ofgem guidelines and contractually agreed SLA’s through audits, dashboards, you’ll provide performance related feedback and requesting regular accurate reporting including TPI commissions.
Day to day, you’ll be involved in supporting analysing all aspects of TPI Performance across Opus Energy, maintaining and sense checking dashboards that provide key performance information. You’ll be responsible for supporting and minuting the monthly TPI Governance Board and to gathering feedback from stakeholders so it can continually evolve.
Attention to detail is key, maintaining an accurate database of all TPI’s that Opus Energy work with and ensuring that they are ADR registered along with contact details, trading names etc.
Confident in liaising with different stakeholders from around the business and developing strong networking skills.

**About You**

You’ll have experience in data led analysis that drives actionable insight to improve performance and a good understanding of the Electricity and/or Gas industry and its regulatory requirements.
Demonstrable stakeholder management skills are a must, with a commitment to providing service excellence to the customer.
A strong team player, you’ll be able to work effectively as a member of the team, sharing working methods to enhance overall performance. Able to respectfully challenge the status quo, driving process improvements and not afraid of speaking out.
Excellent written and numeracy skills, and thorough attention to detail. You’ll demonstrate strong analytical skills, understanding the importance of accuracy.
You’ll be a driven and enthusiastic individual, persistent in your approach to deliver against agreed business objectives
