The Role
As a Homelessness Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high quality, outcome-focused support to rough sleepers with complex needs. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with health and housing teams to prevent homelessness.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE HOUSING AND HEALTH SECTORS.
  • Work with partners in the health sector to prevent homelessness and promote timely and safe discharge into suitable accommodation.
