We're recruiting for a Group Talent Specialist, within this role you'll be instrumental in supporting talent projects from conception to execution and fostering collaborative relationships with HR and talent teams across the organization. You'll have a keen eye for industry insights and best practices and comfortable managing third party suppliers.
What's the job?:
**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of talent activity related to our leadership population including tracking of succession plans, development activity, mobility and diversity.
- Relationship management of external/third party talent partners; ensuring SLAs are met, budget spend is tracked and activity is planned effectively.
- Support talent projects from scope through to implementation
- Build strong relationships across the banner (B&Q, Screwfix Castorama etc...) HR and talent teams to help establish a community of best practice
- Work closely with the Group Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and Business Partnering teams to ensure we are focused on our talent priorities
- Find opportunities for new initiatives that support our talent agenda
- Seek to understand internal and external insights and best practice to drive the talent agenda
- Support the creation and governance of talent processes and tools in support of Banners

- Ability to prioritise work across multiple projects
- Track record of collaborating with third party suppliers
- Ability to multiple partners at a senior level
- Confidentiality and comfortable handling highly sensitive data and information
- Presentation & story telling skills; ability to create insight from data
