**Our Opportunity**

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Generate sales invoices, credit notes and forward monthly balance statements for our corporate customers.
- Review store submitted daily banking returns and compare bank transactions against bank nominals.
- Match bank nominal transactions to bank statements and complete final bank reconciliation for Finance Supervisor review.
- Manage store queries and escalate where necessary.
- Processing staff expense claims in line with our company policy.
- Prepare and post the company credit card reconciliations and monthly petty cash from all stores in line with company policy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting and reconciliations.
- Assist with in stock order reporting and open sales order reporting.
- Prepare select overhead nominals for accruals and prepayments.
- Prepare analysis of select Overheads for non-financial users.
- Obtain relevant authorisation for purchase invoices and process in a timely manner to meet departmental deadlines.
- Maintain and verify supplier details including bank account information.
- Prepare weekly and month end authorisation list and proposed payment list.
- Once payment list is approved by Management run BACS payments on system.
- After completion of full payment run send payment remittances to all suppliers.
- Assist with yearend audit process.
- Reporting to the Finance Supervisor assist with additional finance duties and provide general administrative support as required.

**Skills Requested**:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation, time management skills with the ability to work to timelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Pro-active, flexible, and open to change.
- Strong attention to detail and able to assist with a high level of accuracy.
