**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Customer Success teams.
- Lead customer onboarding function.
- Manage & develop operational processes.
- Drive customer retention & growth initiatives.
- Manage key customer accounts.
**You will be joining a well-versed team if you have**:
- An interest in advanced manufacturing.
- A minimum of five years of experience in Customer Success.
- Team management experience.
Pay: £70,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
