**Job Title**: Administrator, Corporate Claims

**Location**: Bournemouth or London / Hybrid

**Department**: Medical Assistance

**Reporting to**: Claims Manager

Job purpose
- The main purpose of the role will be to deal with Corporate Travel Claims administration duties, providing efficient friendly contact within the team with accurate relaying of information / tasks.
- To provide verbal and written advice to the claims team and other departments.
- Compile statistical information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Able to demonstrate delivery through people by maintaining a good team spirit and working atmosphere. Team work is key.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the best image of the Company through a professional manner, personal appearance, behavior and adhere to company standards and procedures. Maintain the highest level of personal conduct.
- Managing post arriving into the building and preparing post for collection
- Management and responsibility of department inboxes
- Administrative support to the Corporate Claims Team
- Updating and populating templates
- Maintaining records

Required Knowledge, Technical Skills and Qualifications
- At least 12 month's experience of working in an administrative role (preferred)
- A minimum of grade C at GCSE (or equivalent) in Math’s and English (preferred)
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (essential)
- Must be numerate and accurate
- Competent with Microsoft 365 specifically Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
- You should be able to multitask and manage priorities
- Ability to work under pressure - Achieve department targets
- Represent the department to a high standard of service, both internally and externally.
- Highly motivated, polite, friendly and assertive
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Forward thinking and pro-active
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Team player
