Sales Executive

Proactive Personnel are currently searching for a Regional Sales Representative/Field Sales Representative for a market leading specialist manufacturer and fitter of washroom products. This role will be covering the North West region and will be a hybridposition based in the office as well as in the field.
**Key Role**:
Proactively generate your own enquiries and follow up on all new business enquiries. Maintain relationships and develop opportunities with existing customers. Target new customers. Convert projects in your area into orders by effective & systematic projectmanagement.
**Duties**:
- Effectively develop your sales area through generating new business opportunities and nurturing direct leads.
- Proactively obtain and attend appointments with existing and new customers within your sales area to build relationships, offer technical support and close orders.
- Planning your own diary to ensure maximum efficiency (2 days on the road/3 days in the office)
- Meet sales targets and KPI’s set.
- Structured use of the CRM system keeping all leads up to date and efficiently planning your daily calls.
- Negotiate and close sales by following up all quotations with key decision makers such as building contractors, quantity surveyors, local authorities and end users, in a timely manner.
- Develop new and repeat business opportunities by efficient management of leads generated from marketing activity in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend monthly sales meetings to update Directors of progress made, and plan for the months ahead.
- Be the voice of our company acting professional at all times to our internal and external customer’s.

- Working knowledge of CRM systems and computer programmes - Excel, Outlook etc.
