- What do we do?_
Here at PPM, we carry out a variety of maintenance and construction work across our PPM divisions. We provide services for social housing clients as well as private clients. Our work ranges from general maintenance, installing safety features and aid adaptions, full refurbishments on residential properties to complete construction of commercial buildings.
- What does this role entail?_
The key responsibilities include:
- Offering admin support to the operations manager, supervisors, and planners
- Keeping a record of the operative jobs and work hours
- Data analysing, recording and reporting
- Organising and attending team meetings
- Update office policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Documenting and general management of remedial works.
- Control and issue of install teams’ documentation on a daily basis to ensure correct information shared and up to date.
- Daily calls to install teams to collect information and share with planning team.
- Management of general office supplies.
- Documentation and management of employee training records
- Handling ad hoc admin duties if required
- Providing annual leave cover
- Answer phone calls and redirect appropriately
- What experience is needed for this role?_
The key experience required is:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Qualifications relevant to role
- Computer & IT literate using internal systems and Microsoft office
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works well under pressure
