Office Administrator for Director

At Riverside Recruitment Careers, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Administrator to provide support to our client within Cumbria.
This is a temporary contract for 6 months, with an opportunity to become permanent.
We are looking for someone who has strong experience with diary management, communication skills, and administration skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the director of a department
- Manage meetings, communications, PR, and smooth operations of tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documents
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £15.70 per hour (37 hours per week)
- Hybrid working arrangement: Attend office meetings once or twice a week in Penrith, Kendal, or Barrow
For this role, we estimate a salary range between £29,400 - £32,000 per annum based on 37 hours a week.
