**Job Description Recruitment Coordinator with Stork**:
The Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and reallocation of all Stork Field Craft personnel in-line with both Stork Minimum Standard, Client Minimum Standards and in accordance with company HSEQ policies.
**Tasks and Responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator**:
**Field Craft - Recruitment & Resourcing**
- Maintain strong working relationships between Logistics, HR, Project Teams and Productline departments.
- Ensuring regular resourcing meetings are scheduled and attended.
- Attend daily meetings with team to discuss recruitment and resourcing requirements.
- Responsible for updating Upman requirements on a rotation basis ensuring data accuracy is paramount.
- Update The Stork Matrix for all reallocation personnel.
- Update availability of personnel and CV’s on our company bespoke system.
- Ensure all relevant minimum standards and certification meet requirements and are verified as per procedure.
- Be adaptive to last minute requests and remain positive during continual changes to Resourcing requests based on client requirement.
- Assist with onshore site recruitment and resourcing requirements.
**Business planning and reporting**
- Responsible for issuing 30 day forecasting reports to Recruitment Team Leader and relevant project teams. Reports must be accurate and utilised during project forecasting meetings, shortfalls must be identified and action taken where necessary.
- Regular resourcing meetings must be scheduled and attended.
- Be reactive to departmental projects set by the Recruitment & Resourcing Manager in ultimately achieving departmental business objectives.
- Support during client compliance audits, regulatory bodies and training boards.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns when required.
**Processing Redundancies**
- Manage Field Craft redundancies for personnel within the reallocation pool in-line with Stork procedures.
- Ensure all potential redundancy situations are managed consistently and with the highest level of data accuracy.
- Support during periods of high redundancy related activity as requested by Recruitment Team Leader.
- Seek guidance from Recruitment Team Leader in the first instance and ensure The HR Team are consulted when necessary.

**Education**
- HNC/D/Degree and/or appropriate level of experience within a multifunctional organisation.
**Experience and Skills**
- Recruitment experience, preferably with oil and gas industry
