Description

Whether you're _new to care_ or experienced, you'll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Support Worker in our Deaf Services at Achieve together for either day or night shifts.

**Location**: Canterbury, Kent - CT2 8BZ

**Contract/Shifts Available**: Full and part-time available. Day Shifts OR Night shifts - 12 hours per shift or split shifts on days if preferred.

**Salary**: £9.50 p/h (£17,784 p/a on 36hr week)

Your role is to:
Night Shifts
- Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety of the people we support.
- Monitor and promote sleep and wellbeing patterns.
- Support with nightly tasks: such as medication and domestic duties.

Day Shifts
- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines & Procedures - Keeping yourself and others safe.
