Due to continued growth and expansion, Rubberseal require a Financial Administrator to join our excellent team. Working from our offices in Kilmarnock, hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00 - 16.30

**Job Remit**:To ensure the smooth running of a busy administration office. The post holder will have a responsibility for ensuring that all routine office and finance functions are carried out, along with more specialised tasks which are crucial to the functioning of the organisation. Day-to-day demands and priorities will change and the post holder will be required to recognise and anticipate these and react accordingly.

To assist with the day to day finance, credit control and administration functions of Rubberseal, ensuring high standards in both are consistently maintained. Working closely with the Finance and Administration Team, the post holder will ensure that finance processes are accurate and that tasks are completed in line with targets and deadlines.

It is essential that the post holder is able to juggle routine tasks and respond appropriately to the demands of a busy office. The ability to use good professional judgement in taking operational decisions, use good negotiation skills and to delegate appropriately will be a necessity.

**Duties**:

- Manage financial transactions and records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements
- Process invoices and payments
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
