We are looking for an organised, proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused team member to support the administration of the Apprenticeship Provision at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. Based at Sandwell General Hospital, the role can be fast paced, varied and challenging. Working closely with our colleagues throughout the Trust to support an excellent service in line with ESFA and OFSTED regulations.

We are currently hybrid working, between home and the office, Monday to Friday during the hours 8am - 4pm. You will be fully supported to gain the skills to update and input data to bespoke databases, MS Office packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc). You will support the exam invigilation process, update resources/equipment logs, use social media and undertake file auditing and other general administration tasks.
- General administration - updating bespoke databases, spreadsheets, typing letters, photocopying and filing (electronic and manual)
- Track and audit of equipment, resources and consumables
- Supporting the examinations invigilating process
- Creating posts and updating information on social media platforms
