- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and generate sales leads
- Utilise software and tools, such as Zoho, to track and manage leads effectively
- Perform telemarketing activities to engage with prospects and communicate the value of our products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further sales processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system

- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with a customer base
- Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho, to manage leads and track progress (Not Essential)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
