**A strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global provider of technical services - Fareham / hybrid.**

My client has been established over 100 years and is a leading global provider of technical services with thousands of highly skilled employees based in many offices worldwide. They support their customers across a large range of industry sectors throughoutthe UK by understanding how technology can drive their businesses forward sustainably, safely and securely.
**Your new role**
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strategic / operational talent acquisition plans.
- Actively working with other teams to build a positive employer brand in the UK, to increase the number of quality applicants on the recruitment platform.
- Sourcing and overseeing the use of suitable job advertisement sites.
- Developing relationships with schools, colleges and universities in support of apprentice, industrial placement/internship, graduate and post graduate recruitment and development programmes.
- Supporting HR BPs with active sourcing of specific needs using networking opportunities and tools such as LinkedIn and Job Boards.

Working hours: 37 / week, Monday - Friday offering hybrid working. Fareham office 3 days / 2 days home per week on average.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must be able to work to strict timelines with flexibility to manage changing and competing priorities. Previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating terms for the delivery of permanent and temporary workers is also important. Youshould also possess the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers / HR BPs and have worked with Talent Management systems / ATS. **What you'll get in return
**You will receive a market-led salary between £45,000-£60,000 (DOE) / annum, 25 days holiday + BH's, a contributory Group Personal Pension Plan and a non-contributory Group Life Assurance Scheme.
