Snap-on was founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1920 and moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin in 1930. We require a professional, dedicated and team-orientated individual to join our team as a **Regional Sales Coach**.
By working closely with our Franchisees, you will coach them on how to 'start up' their franchise business. The role will involve consulting with franchisees on implanting their sales strategies, identifying specific actions to meet or exceed sales goals, and coaching franchisees on all aspects of selling (e.g. sales skills, collection skills, and product knowledge).
Naturally, at this stage, you have no idea how we coach our franchisees on how to run their business **so full training will be given**. Initially you will be expected to spend an extended period of training to become knowledgeable in Snap-on systems and processes (approximately 6 months **running a retail mobile store**).
We offer a generous salary (£52.5k basic), bonus (15%), car allowance (£8k) and private healthcare. In addition, we offer **genuine career progression** as part of this role.
