Finance Office Assistant

**Description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase order and coding
- Processing purchase ledger invoices/queries
- Ensuring invoices are signed off and filled
- Setting up new suppliers
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Reconciling Supplier statement
- Dealing with Sales Ledger queries/payments allocations etc
- Assisting at month end for financial reporting purposes
- Cover across other functions within the Finance /Office Team
**The Ideal Person**:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and follow up
- Keen eye for details and good numeracy skills with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Is a team player
