**Admin Assistant - Operations**

My client a leading employer who due to continued sales demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business - such as Accounts, Business and Operations

The working hours for the role are on a shift pattern basis Monday - Friday and include 1 weekend in every 10 week’s

**Job duties**
- General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence.
- Banking duties
- Setting up Excel spreadsheets, reports, and pivot tables for analysis
- Maintaining records on excel and sharepoint.
- General finance administration.
- Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program.
- Obtaining quotations
- Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place
- To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft office packages ideally excel
- Previous experience within an Admin function
- Can do attitude with good attention to detail
