**Reports to**: Managing Director
**Location**: Dubmire Industrial Estate, DH4 5RJ / Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm / Site-based role

**Position Overview**:
As a Business Executive at Redrose Nutraceuticals, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and various business projects. Your responsibilities will include providing essential administrative and strategic assistance to help drive the company's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Execute a diverse range of administrative tasks, which may involve handling confidential matters, organizing travel arrangements, drafting meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes as necessary.
**Calendar Management**: Maintain the Managing Director's schedule, liaise with relevant parties to manage expectations regarding availability for meetings and events, and ensure all commitments are up to date.
**Event and Meeting Coordination**: Manage and coordinate various events and meetings, primarily on a local scale and occasionally at off-site locations, ensuring smooth execution.
**Communication Liaison**: Act as the primary communicator on behalf of the Managing Director with our executive team and colleagues across all levels, facilitating effective and timely communication.
**Research Support**: Conduct research as directed by the Managing Director to provide valuable insights and information for decision-making.
**Business Oversight**: Act as a gauge for the organisation, keeping a watchful eye on ongoing matters within the company and sharing relevant updates with the broader team as necessary.
**Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels, fostering trust and contributing to team-wide initiatives and innovative ideas**.**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in providing high-level executive support or project management, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and project management principles Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
