The Team Administrator role is based in the companies UK office in Chesham and offers a salary of £28,000-£32,000 dependent on experience.

This is an integral role as you will support the continued growth of the business, working closely with Sales, Service and Support teams. Customer experience is key, so you must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sales Team, organising travel and accommodation

This role will pull on your organisational skills as you will support with organising events and exhibitions in the UK and EMEA

Other support will include approving orders, credit control and keeping track of the team's activities and working with the team to ensure actions are delivered

You will support the Sales Team, managing and coordinating all elements of the department, ensuring enquiries and opportunities are captured and actioned, monitoring customer and distributor contracts, ensuring the team are aware of contracts/agreements due to expire or lapsed

Support for the Sales Team will also include the creation of quotations, matching PO numbers, resolving price discrepancies and queries

You will liaise with the oversees Marketing Department to produce and distribute marketing materials

You will offer general administration and back up support to team as required and help coordinate incoming calls and visitors to the business

Excellent IT skills are required, ideally Microsoft Office. This role requires you to be highly organised, able to meet deadlines, be self-motivated and take pride in your work.
