Our client are a multidisciplinary civil engineering group who are based in Buckinghamshire.

They cover four main sectors including: rail, civils, building and aviation.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Office Administrator **to join the team on a permanent basis.

The office is based close to Amersham.

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Car driver required due to the office location.

Role includes but not limited to:

- Operational admin
- Time sheet collation
- Compliance
- Project on boarding
- Purchase order management
- Managing all sub-contractors administration / monthly wage reports / payslips
- Ensure each office operational processes are working effectively
- Administration of financial processes including purchase and sales ledgers
- Assisting the accountant with all monthly CIS and VAT submissions
- Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems for reporting
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Managing and taking minutes when needed
- Booking transport and accommodation for staff members
- Organising company events
- Day to day management of existing administration personnel
- Provide full administration support to Directors

Criteria:

- Previous experience as an office administrator within a construction company
- Confidence in fulfilling all the duties listed above
- Strong IT and communications skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience working with a sub-contractor is desirable
- Knowledge of some of the following sectors is desirable: rail, civils, building and aviation
- Someone who is proactive and highly motivated
- References required
