**What will I be doing?**:
**You’ll be**:

- **A communicator**: You ensure that your customer is completely taken care of. You use your technical expertise taking the time to explain sometimes complex mechanical checks simply competently and effectively to your customer; always providing the best service
- **The lynch pin**: You are the point of contact between, your customer, patrols, deployment staff and 3rd parties in live breakdown and non-breakdown situations. You delve into the detail of the problem ensuring data is recorded accurately across multiple platforms, ready for a potential handover if a fix isn’t possible over the phone.
- **A fixer/problem solver**: You will revel in utilising your technical expertise to solve a variety of issues. No two days are the same

**What do I need?**:
**You’ll need**:

- NVQ2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
- Some knowledge of working on one or multiple VWG brands or vehicles
- To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
