Job Description: Barista
Are you passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Barista/key holder to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot & cold beverages and food to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Key holder, will be required to open and close the shop, completing various tasks to ensure the shop Is ready for business. 18+ only.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders and prepare accordingly.
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times.
- Maintain inventory and ensure shop is stocked sufficiently at all times.
- Handle cash/card transactions and process payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Must be reliable and flexible to suit the needs of the business.
- Must be proactive and able to use own initiative.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
