What do you have to offer?

An all round passion for and be able to self-manage. Evidence of having undertaken an end to end sourcing process (RFI/RFX) is a must. The ability to implement a negotiation strategy and execute a basic contract negotiation is also a requirement.

But also:

- Technology procurement background essential, experienced in sourcing, optimizing and managing contracts.
- The ability to lead an RFI, RFP process including the management of stakeholders within the process.
- Knowledge of Procurement tools: spend analysis, P2P buying channels, specifically SAP4Hana
- Track record of delivering savings, and experience of leading a negotiation.
- Good analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management.
- Excellent English-written and spoken.
- Ability to execute a basic contract negotiation - knowledge of legal terms and concession points.
- Any other relevant language skills of benefit

Which task can you expect?
- Providing backup for tier 2 (€20k-€100k projects) technology and other indirect projects within internal and customer technology groups, including data and insights, datacenters, networking, telephony, licensing.
- Basic knowledge of data protection and the required due diligence required in the sourcing process
- Providing support with governance processes between the procurement team and legal, including the funneling of contracts and chasing, expediting requests.
- Providing administrative support to the category managers, including renewal management and support building category plans.
- Liaising with the centralized P2P team in Glasgow, and providing an interface with the corporate team, looking for improved processes where possible.
- Assure achieving compliance targets with policies, strategies and processes
- Strive to meet the mutually agreed Procurement targets contributing to the overall budget targets.
- Drive supplier selection and fact based negotiations.
- Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance.
- Importantly, manage the stakeholders, enhance and develop relationships, and ensure we act in a joined up way to the rest of the business.
