**Overview of the Role**:
Are you passionate about creating a dynamic workplace environment while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements? Evolving Networks is seeking a HR & Compliance Officer to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee various aspects of HR Administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Your contributions will play a crucial role in fostering a productive and legally compliant work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage staff on-boarding and departures
- Maintain HR records, including 1-2-1 notes, lateness, illness, and holiday tracking.
- Cultivate relationships with apprenticeship providers and oversee portal management
- Handle company pensions and private healthcare program administration.
- Oversee building maintenance contracts, including air conditioning, fire safety, boilers, and electrical safety testing.
- Manage first aid kit maintenance, fire safety protocols (including marshals' training and alarm testing), and access control procedures.
- Efficiently handle diary management and coordination.
- Manage facilities supplies, including toilet roll and sanitary products, coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
- Oversee cleaning contracts and Amazon budget allocation.
- Assist in legal/court preparations as needed.
