We are looking for a new Quality Support Lead to join our team in Practice team. We are seeking applicants who have transferable skills, a willingness to learn and a keen eye for quality.

**About the role?**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Support Lead to join our Practice team covering the UK. You will be passionate about the delivery of VoiceAbility’s Quality Assurance Framework which includes, the implementation of service, crisis interventions, annual auditing and a review of data to ensure that the delivery of our services remains first class.
**About you**
We are looking for a strong and resilient leader with experience of contract implementation and review, to work collaboratively with the operational management teams to improve services and ensure the maintenance of QPM. Desirably you will have managed the delivery of a service yourself which focuses on caring for adults or young people who have support needs.
You will be committed to driving high performance and quality standards by actively engaging with our Operational Management team to measure the quality through auditing and collating data as per the Quality Assurance Framework. You will collaborate with the Operations Management team and Practice team to interpret the data, thereby making informed decisions and developing best practice to be rolled out across the operational teams. You will have a culture of learning, continuous development, and reflective practice.
**How will you make a difference?**
You will be responsible for ensuring the operational team have the relevant information and direction to deliver the highest quality advocacy, ensuring that all contact with clients is outcome driven. You will do this by being the champion and lead of the Quality Assurance Framework and analyse the data that feeds in to this to inform the actions required to address areas of low quality or under performance.
You will also work with Business and Strategy to identify the quality actions required for implementing a contract to the highest standards. You will support Operations in implementing a service by providing a clear action plan and auditing the service at a later date, providing supportive and constructive feedback.
The Quality Lead role is an integral part of the Practice and Operational team, ensuring they have the necessary insights in order to further develop their skills and practice to make a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis. Through your work you will be assisting them to grow in confidence and empowering them to assist those in need of support. In addition, your work will help VoiceAbility continually improve its work and retain and attract new contracts.
You will work resourcefully and collaboratively with people across the organisation to assist you and the Practice team, fostering a learning culture where all views are respected.
