We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

To provide confidential and comprehensive support our Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer, incorporating secretarial, administrative, and clerical support. The role will also require you to cover other Executive Assistants within the team.

To sin delivering projects by drawing up action plans, preparing presentations, organising stakeholders’ events (including organising speakers).

The post holder must be able to recognise the importance, confidential and sensitivity of issues and at all times act using the utmost discretion.

The post holder will organise conferences /events, including organising speakers, sourcing venues, inviting participants and
guests, devising and sending details of confirmation of booking and joining instructions etc

The post holder will effectively manage the diary of the Director/Deputy Director, prioritising meetings / appointments as necessary, ensuring sufficient work / reflective time.

The post holder will respond to all queries, correspondence, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
