IT Executive

As the IT Executive, you will provide first line support to all colleagues within our organisation.
This will involve troubleshooting issues with user computers, assisting with technical queries and resolve user access issues to ensure all employees are able to operate day to day.
You will support with on-boarding new employees, by building and setting up PC’s/laptops, creating user login details and providing access to the required systems. You will also support with the off-boarding process for any leavers within the business, you must effectively record, analyse, and communicate to appropriate levels within the organisation; therefore, you must have excellent written communication skills and attention to detail to ensure the information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Regular computer maintenance and system updates will be the responsibility of the IT Executive, as well as ensuring all assets are logged and tracked accurately via the Asset Register to ensure we remain ISO/IEC 27001 compliant.
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and willing to learn, as you will support the IT Manager with additional responsibilities such as office networking and physical cabling. You will gain good working knowledge of our IT systems and processes, ensuring they are fully implemented across the organisation as well as learning other tasks across the IT department over time.

This role is a full time position working a shift pattern 12 hour shifts - 9am-9pm.
Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday)
Rotation between Week 1 and Week 2
This role is office based.
