**Job Purpose**
The post holder will be part of the SIPF core team, reporting to the Head of Project Delivery. The focus of the post will be office administration and team administrative duties.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**-2. To be the first point of contact for SIPF, directing requests to team members as required. Organising and managing team diaries to support projects/workshops and team planning.
3. Provide advice and information on the SIPF programme and projects. This includes maintaining/updating the SIPF website and digital team environments (eg; team filing system on Sharepoint, document sorting and version control) as well as supporting the preparation of documents, presentations and other materials for the SIPF team
4. Monitor and evaluate office procedures, ensuring relevant information and data is shared within the team.
5. Provide financial administrative support by monitoring and maintaining the SiPF programme budget, processing invoices, sales orders and requisitions and processing requests as required
6. Assist with the maintenance and creation of new LivingLab web pages, collaborating with External Relations to ensure the tone and content match UofG standards and is embedded within the University website, Twitter and LinkedIn
7. Lead workshops and meetings with the programme core team and external Partners on programme and project specific content
8. Ensure digital access legislation is met including access on mobile devices
9. Monitor performance and produce management metrics/reports such as loading and platform usage
10. Attend training courses and undertake on the job training and development to continually develop the knowledge and skills required in the post.
11. To be fully aware of and understand the legislation and University policies which operate in terms of equality and diversity.
12. Additional duties as may be required including the provision of support to the wider SIPF team

**Qualifications, Knowledge Skills & Experience**

**Qualifications/Knowledge**
A1 Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 7 (Advanced Higher / Scottish Vocational Qualification level 3, Higher National Certificate) or equivalent, and experience of personal development in a similar role. OR Ability to demonstrate the competencies required to undertake the duties associated with this level of post having acquired the necessary knowledge and skills in a similar role.
A2 Knowledge of office operations
A3 Knowledge of basic financial accounting
A4 Working knowledge of Agresso or other software accounting package

**Desirable**
B1 Broad understanding of University policies, systems and processes
B2 Knowledge of T4

**Terms and Conditions**
Salary will be Grade 5, £23,715 - £27,929 per annum.
This post is full time, and has funding until 30 September 2025.
