Test Administrator to be based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire to provide full administrative support to the strategic management team, and visitors to the office.
Job Duration - 12 month contract
39 core working hours
Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1.20pm
Pay Rate: £14.70 plus £2.21/hr holiday accrual.
Salary equivalent £29,811 p/a; 26 days holiday (+ 8 BH)
Deliverables and KPIs
- Demonstrate that Test Service administration is being delivered in a timely and accurate manner to support the department KPI's
- Ensure a strong relationship with service providers is maintained
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to support NTCE projects
- Provide administration support for the Test Services Manager, Senior and team, including meeting preparation and producing reports
- Provide general administration support to the Test Services team
- Support with the management of the test vehicle fleet to include:

- Booking keys in/out
- Tax renewal
- Liaising with dealers to arrange MOT's, vehicle servicing, parts ordering
- Processing invoices
- Arranging test track permits
- Learn the bespoke company systems required to fulfil the role
Qualifications/Skills Required:

- 3+ years administration background
- Experience of a busy office environment
- Ideally knowledge of vehicle management processes
- Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Math's
- Full UK Manual/Auto driving licence
- Fully proficient in Excel data management and producing graphs
- A good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing & presentation preparation
