**Test Administrator - Test Services & Site Facilities - JP00000656**

**Pay Rate: £16.60/hr PAYE**

**Cranfield**

**To start ASAP - 12 month initial contract**

**Description**:
Supporting with the management of the test vehicle fleet to include:

- Booking keys in/out
- Tax/insurance renewal
- Liaising with dealers to arrange MOT's, vehicle servicing, parts ordering
- New vehicle registration
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Provide general administration support to the Test Services team
- Learn the bespoke systems required to fulfil the role
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost and capture knowledge

**Qualifications, Skills and Training Requirements**
- Strong background in administration
- Experience of a busy office environment
- Ideally knowledge of vehicle management processes
- Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Math's
- Full UK Manual/Auto driving licence
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive 'can do' flexible attitude
- Be able to manage and prioritise own workload
- Proficient in Excel
