As an Enterprise Account Executive in Communications, Media & Entertainment you will be to lead many Real Money Gaming accounts. Your mission will be to establish the Databricks Lakehouse as the leading Data & AI technology in the Real Money Gaming industry within the UK. To achieve this, you are passionate about value selling and able to lead a virtual team to drive success in the industry. Always looking for new opportunities, you will open new accounts while managing existing ones. You have a passion to work in the Data & AI space and love working in a fast-paced market. Along with the chance to close exciting deals and solve meaningful problems, we also offer accelerators above 100% quota attainment. You will report to the Sales Director of Communications, Media & Entertainment.

**The impact you will have**:

- You will co-develop a territory plan, with your team and ecosystem partners, that accelerates customer success to exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals
- You will lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful Data and AI use cases whilst proving out their value on the Databricks Lakehouse platform
- You will implement the Data and AI transformation goals of your customer through a combination of strategic partnerships, well scoped professional services, training and targeted Executive engagement
- You will develop an understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions
- You will identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets

**What we look for**:

- Passion for the Real Money Gaming industry with experience preferred
- Success closing new accounts whilst working existing ones
- You will have experience working in Data & AI, Cloud, or SaaS industries
- Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
- You will have experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies working with professional services and training teams
- You will have experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives
- You will have experience of value-based selling
- You will have experience working with ecosystem partners and strategic integrators
- You will have experience leading virtual teams centered around Customer Success
