**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrician**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- **Carpenter**:

- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Interpret blueprints and building plans to meet client needs.
- **Flooring Installer**:

- Lay and install various types of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, and carpet.
- Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring and cleaning and leveling the floor.
- **Plumber**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes.
- **Roofer**:

- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems using materials such as shingles, asphalt, and metal.
- Inspect roofs to determine the best repair or replacement methods.
- **Pipefitter**:

- Install and maintain pipes that carry chemicals, acids, and gases in manufacturing, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment.
- **Steel Fitter**:

- Fabricate, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal products.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to assemble steel components.
- **Concrete Worker/Bricklayer**:

- Pour, level, and smooth concrete for foundations, floors, and other concrete structures.
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in construction (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in your respective trade.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to the UK and work in various locations as needed.
