Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced tradesperson to join our team at Richwell Construction Ltd. As an Apprentice Multitrader, you will be responsible for undertaking various skilled tasks within local authority or Housing Association properties in the North London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake repairs and maintenance tasks, including easing and adjusting unit doors, hanging doors, building boxing, and applying silicone.
- Prepare kitchen and bathroom areas for clerk of works inspection and site tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- CSCS Cards (Blue Card preferable).
- Own 110 Volt tools.
- Own means of transport.
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
- Experience of working in local authority properties.

- Competitive daily rate of up to £200.00.
- Full-time employment with a Monday to Friday schedule.
