Job Title: Apprentice Multitrader

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson to join our team as an Apprentice Multitrader. As a key member of our Disrepair team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the North London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties
  • Ensure health and safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
  • Work with people to find solutions to problems and provide excellent customer service
  • Use protective clothing, a van, and specialist power tools provided by the company
