Job Title: Multitrader

We are seeking a skilled Multitrader to join our Wates Group team within our Responsive Maintenance division. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for delivering reactive maintenance to our residents in the Lambeth area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake repair and renewal works to ensure our residents' homes are safe and secure.
  • Advise your supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required to complete a task.
  • Work independently on certain tasks, using your skills and experience to complete the job efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other operatives to complete tasks that require a team effort.
  • Complete daily work sheets detailing the work undertaken and materials used after each job.
  • Work in a timely and productive manner to complete programme tasks.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
