Job Title: Apprentice Multitrader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Multitrader to join our Wates Group team. As a key member of our Responsive Maintenance division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake repair and renewal works to ensure our residents' homes are safe and well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with other operatives to complete tasks and achieve programme goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Complete daily work sheets and maintain accurate records of work undertaken.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
