Job Summary:
TxM Recruit Ltd is seeking a skilled Multitrade Operative to join our team. As a Multitrade Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and lock changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Perform carpentry tasks, including installation and repair of cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Plumbing: Carry out plumbing tasks, such as installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Plastering / Rendering: Apply plaster and render to walls and ceilings, and perform repairs as needed.
- Lock Changes / Fixes: Perform lock changes and repairs, including key cutting and lock installation.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 04:30pm. There may be opportunities for flexible start and finish times. Additionally, you will be required to participate in an on-call rota, working 1 in 5 weeks.
Benefits:
As a permanent employee of TxM Recruit Ltd, you will be provided with a company van and fuel card. You will also be entitled to a comprehensive holiday and pension package.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in multitrade operations, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and lock changes. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
