We are seeking a skilled Multitrader to join our team at Txm Recruit Ltd. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering/rendering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: You will be responsible for carrying out carpentry tasks including fitting doors, windows, and other fixtures.
- Plumbing: You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing tasks including installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Plastering/Rendering: You will be responsible for carrying out plastering and rendering tasks including applying plaster and rendering to walls and ceilings.
- Lock Changes/Fixes: You will be responsible for carrying out lock changes and fixes as required.
Working Hours:
This role is working Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 04:30pm (can be flexible with start and finish times). There is an on-call rota, which would be 1 in 5 weeks.
Benefits:
As a permanent position, you will be provided with a van and a fuel card. A holiday and pension package will also be included.
