Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work in a social housing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general maintenance works to a high standard.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver maintenance and repair services to our clients.
  • Use a company vehicle to travel to sites and attend out-of-hours call-outs as required.
  • Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence and have a minimum of 12 months' driving experience.
  • Be flexible and able to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant trade qualification, such as NVQ2 or equivalent C&G.
  • Have previous experience working in social housing properties.
  • Be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
