Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks across a historic site in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, brick laying, hard landscaping, flooring, roofing, ceramic tiling, glazing, and ground works tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with experience in a range of trades
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid trade certificates and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures
