Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work in a social housing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general maintenance works to a high standard.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver maintenance and repair services to our clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of properties.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant trade qualification, such as NVQ2 or equivalent C&G.
  • Previous experience working in social housing properties is essential.
  • You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
  • Be flexible and willing to work on an out-of-hours call-out rota.
