Our Customer Support team are the heart of our business, and if you are looking for career progression this could be a huge opportunity for you. With on-going training provided, we are looking for a professional Customer Support Operative to advise and deliver amazing service, with a constant view for growth.
- This is a 40 hour contract, worked 5 days over 7 per week between Sunday - Friday._
- £10.50 hourly wage plus performance bonus upon meeting the criteria._

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Providing information about our diverse range of food products
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards the perfect product
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Maintaining records of calls and sales
- Building orders from inbound calls

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous sales experience, ideally in the food industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to create rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- A real passion for food
- Team worker
- Basic to intermediate IT skills
