HR Assistant

As a HR Assistant you will work within the HR Team to support with training, recruitment, and other HR tasks where appropriate. You will need to be highly organised, possess good oral and written communication skills and can juggle many tasks at once whilst delivering the outcome to a high standard. It is essential to have a can-do attitude and the capacity to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Full Training will be provided on all systems required within this role.
**Job Role Responsibilities**
- Implement policies in the Northampton office in line with Bechtle UK and Bechtle Group guidelines
- Complete DBS checks for Northampton engineers and update Head of HR with any issues
- Northampton Sickness Tracker - report to Head of HR
- QMS Monthly info report
- Be the host for New Starter Sessions in Induction Week
- Upload Training Dates to PeopleHR & maintain the shared HR and Training Calendars
- Log Training Certifications & provide support with searching and booking for Training Courses
- Work with all teams to keep the Learning Campus for the UK up to date
- Oversee Work Experience & School engagement
- Complete training reviews in conjunction with the Head of HR.
- Complete exit interviews
- Oversee Anniversaries at Bechtle including vouchers, gifts & certificates.
- Location Specific Admin Support
- Manage local benefits to the Northampton office to maintain relationships with providers.
- Offering HR advice for new starters and managers as and when required
**Job Requirements**
- Self-motivated and hard working.
- Positive attitude with an upbeat and helpful persona.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Extremely efficient and organized whilst paying attention to detail.
- Team player but with the ability to work from their own initiative.
- MS word & MS Excel knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork.

- Proven track record within a similar role
