Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3

We currently have an exciting new apprenticeship opportunity within our expanding Procurement team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about Business Administration within a Procurement setting and develop the skills required to progress. You will work across the Procurement Directorate, supporting our administrative and reporting tasks while also helping to support out transformation journey.
You will be given the opportunity to make your mark and be encouraged and supported to introduce new innovative ways for the team to deliver effectively and efficiently and will help to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
The role will also cover aspects of project management and data analytics and provides an opportunity to learn about associated operational areas of our Group
Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a career change, this opportunity will give you a fantastic grounding for your career in Business Administration and Procurement.
**Some things we need from you**:
- Have attained 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English)
- Be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft products such as Excel
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be keen to learn and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and be confident and curious to ask the right questions and to listen to the responses
**_ Please note, whilst this role is home based; there will be an essential requirement to travel and work from our Worcester/Solihull office as required. During the initial training period we anticipate this will be two or three days each week but will eventually reduce to approximately one day per week_**.
At College you will study a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association, or similar provider, by attending 1 day a week alongside learning and working with experienced Colleagues during the rest of the week.
