The Technology Coordinator will be part of the London Systems team, providing help, coordination and support to the busy technology operations teams.

We are ideally looking for someone with an interest in technology or visual effects, is highly organised with great communication skills, is proactive and has a can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team
- Appraisals
- Shifts

- Social events, team building
- Starters\Leavers
- Help with onboarding where needed
- Staff kit management
- Hardware asset
- Work closely with dispatch to stay on top of technology deliveries
- Keep track of equipment storage and stock
- Studio kit shipment and deliveries
- Procurement
- Ad-hoc purchases
- Credit card expenses
- Create purchase requests and orders
- Chasing vendors
- Administrative Support
- Meeting notes and action points
- Help Management with statistics and reports
- Travel bookings
- Ad-hoc office support and administration
- Training - help coordinate training schedule for technology teams
- Project Coordination - work closely with seniors and leads on projects
- Documentation - maintaining technology procedures and policies
- Communication - with technology teams, production and vendors
- Predominantly office-based role
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Able to work well under pressure
- Project coordination experience
- Good Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills
- Experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in a Tech Coord or PA role, ideally in a technology environment
- Supporting a team of 20-30
- Previous experience working in Postproduction would be a bonus
